Next to counter-rotational mixing and kneading, the arms can be positioned at different angles to each other and move synchronous at the same time. This has the effect, for instance, that large pieces of ham are more sparingly rotated and are exposed to more massaging movements at the same time. Boiled spaghetti can be softly loosened to be evenly seasoned with a small amount of ingredients. The marinating of steaks can also now be conducted on a more efficient and sparing basis as the stress exposure of the meat can now be adjusted by modifying the position of the arms to each other.

A third option of the mixing arm-interaction is the operation at different speeds in the same rotational direction. At this operational mode, the interior arm runs at a higher speed which efficiently prevents the generation of dead space in the drum centre where hardly any or no movement at all is usually generated.
This procedure is best suited for ham sausages as the even distribution throughout the whole batch is particularly important here. The tumbling of medium-sized meat pieces can now also be conducted more evenly and with significantly less time expenditure. Furthermore, this procedure conducts the application of breading of broccoli or cauliflower florets especially sparingly and evenly at the same time.
The MIKNETUM disposes of all the technical features of a high-tech-tumbler, batch mixer or a kneading machine.
Next to a jacket cooling system, the machine also features a high-performance vacuum system, drives with variable speeds and a new generation control computer which distinguishes itself through a high degree of operational safety. In addition, the MIKNETUM is by default equipped with a charging system. A two-part cover construction warrants for easy discharging and cleaning. The filling volume/capacity of the machine is 1500 litres which enables charging with up to 1000 kg of food. The discharging can be conducted using either 200 litre carriages or big boxes. The consequent light-weight design of the arms is so light that they can be removed by one person alone. The required floor space is merely 6,5 m².
The MIKNETUM is a newly developed machine which is able to Mix, Knead and Tumble. The decisive feature of this novelty is the fact that it disposes of two arm drives which enables counter-rotational mixing. This, for instance, enables to shred and mix a tough kebab raw mass and subsequently bond the same without any generation of spice nests in the mass. Hams containing a high content of injected brine can be tumbled in the shortest time. Even cottage cheese, due to the constant braking up of the cheese clots, is processed with an absolutely even distribution of the spices. The MIKNETUM represents a pairing of an aggressive mixer with the sparing operational mode of a tumbler. All machine functions can be freely arranged so that there is no need to make compromises.
